As Founder and CEO of Breyben, Sima Ybarra has become a leader in digitizing secondary education management systems. Her career in mobile applications stretches back over two decades. However, with her work at Breyben, she has found a fulfilling career, doing what she honestly loves. A first-generation graduate herself, she is keenly aware of the challenges students face as they embark on their educational journey. Sima hopes that through Breyben's software designs she can help colleges and students better manage their educational goals.

Sima has found success in her career through many successful application launches, primarily in the healthcare, web, and mobile application commerce markets. She has an uncanny ability to translate customers' needs into solutions that work. With the launch of Breyben, she hopes to use these skills to create mobile and web-based educational platforms that empower colleges and universities to support their students and help them succeed. Using results-driven leadership principles, she inspires her team to innovate and continually seek out creative ways to delight users.

In her spare time, Sima enjoys reading, the great outdoors, and spending time bonding with her family and friends.

Krystle holds a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Counseling from San Diego State University through the Community Based Block (CBB) program. She has held positions at multiple Junior Colleges throughout California and is focused on improving student educational outcomes in the California Community College system.

Breyben’s mobile app solutions have allowed Krystle to blend mobile app technology with education in order to better engage and communicate with students. She is constantly seeking ways to use technology to make students’ lives easier and to support educational staff.

Krystle enjoys working with people and creating positive, lasting relationships. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family and hanging out at the beach.

Russ is an author and graduate of Grand Canyon University, College of Doctoral Studies, and holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development. He is a published expert in higher education student socialization, both online and in a traditional setting, and created the first online socialization framework. Russ has over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology and software industries. He is a technology evangelist, advisor, business consultant, and doctoral student coach.

As an Army combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient, Russ traveled the world teaching and training students of many nationalities. As a certified instructor of high-tech simulators and electronics, Russ continues to seek technology solutions to solve many of today's learning challenges.
Russ enjoys writing, coaching doctoral students, consults small business executives, and helps students cross the finish line to graduation.
